We offer a 100-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, undamaged, with all tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at support@quorrazen.com. We’ll provide return instructions and an RMA (return authorization).
Do not send items back without approval—unauthorized returns may be refused.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement. If the item arrived damaged/defective or incorrect, we’ll handle the exchange for you—just email support@quorrazen.com.

We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
